About

Where I’m from

Nestled on Philadelphia’s Main Line about 20 minutes west of the city is a small town (technically a village) named Ardmore. Historically Black but currently unrecognizably so, I grew up in the same house as my grandmother did, built in 1875.

A 6 minute bike ride away (4 if you cut through Haverford College) sits The Haverford School — a storied all-boys K-12 private school known for producing elite lacrosse players and kids who now work for their dad’s company. I spent my entire life at Haverford, from their day care as an infant in ‘99 (my mother was a reading specialist at the H when she had me), all the way through to 2018 when I graduated a Class Officer, Signet Society member, BSU President, Varsity Football and Track Captain, and humble young man.

From Haverford, I followed my big sister down Lancaster Ave to the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, I arrived as a Biology major before switching to Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) my sophomore year — when I decided I’d rather work to solve society’s problems from a macro perspective than examine them through a microscope (literally). My studies led me to a summer internship at Accenture which persisted through a global pandemic, and in 2022 I earned my BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, completing my capstone in Intergroup Relations.

After accepting my return offer from Accenture, I moved up to New York City to start my work as a Management Consulting Analyst. In the past 4 years I’ve worked on projects for major international banks, payment platforms, and financial institutions — learning as I go, playing to my strengths, accounting for my weaknesses, and finding easy ways to solve hard problems.

How I see things

I believe the best strategy is the one that actually gets executed. Too much consulting energy goes into decks that gather dust. I’ve always cared more about the implementation than the slide — about finding the insight that unlocks momentum, then pushing it all the way through.

I also believe in optionality. Life is long. The best moves often look sideways before they go up. I’d rather take a bold bet on a direction that excites me than optimize safely for the path of least resistance.
